How does it work?
As a junior choose your area of study (weight loss, strength, endurance, muscle/toning). Each area of study will be organized in a specific order of study in order to reach your goals. Just like any college degree program it doesn’t make sense to take an advanced level course before mastering the basics. FXU is designed the same way when you choose a specific area of study.
