Hi Mark -- the "not eating sweets" went great...UNTIL Christmas Eve. And, unfortunately, was going steady through last night. New day, new motivation.  Today, I took a 2-mile walk and did my resistance training.

Mark -- I've managed to avoid "sweets." So far, so good Smiley
